    This template is so poorly documented. The videos stop after you manage to install their demo on your wordpress but when it comes to editing anything away from the desired template, the whole thing go's to s**t. Now i know this would take me some time to understand how the template words but as every setting is hidden under a widget, in another widget , under settings. It soon becomes a minefield to navigate. Even something as simple as changing a left menu header to the dark theme seems impossible as when you select left menu instead of a top header/menu , you loose those boxes to set the theme.
    This was a waste of time, and waste of money.
    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    Hello,
    Commercial themes on Theme Forest often use their own options framework, and customizer is disabled then, and this is the case with our options framework. All theme related options can be found from WordPress admin panel > Qode options, but also there are per page options which will allow more control for overriding default options if user want to do so in order to have more specific setup on some posts / pages. We understand that for new user like you it seems very messy and complicated, and that you need some time to learn theme options, but we must point out that theme is very well documented and that documentation is one of better ones, and it is available on the following link http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/ .
    Also, we couldn't find any history of your tickets on our support forum https://qode.ticksy.com , however you rate our software very low, and even you are advising other users to avoid our product. Well, we think that this is really not fair. Sharing your personal impression is one thing, and advising others based on it is something different, because, as you can see from our overall rating, for other users, Bridge theme is very good one, and it is easy to customize with a lot of possibilities, so many would agree that your impression is wrong, and based on unfamiliarity with commercial themes on Theme Forest. We think it's fair to try to contact our support first regarding all the theme related questions, before leaving such a bad review. Our support agents will try to assist you for all the doubts you have related to our theme so can you please try to get in touch with them by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com . We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got. In case that our theme is too complicated for you and you don't want to use it, you can submit a refund request and we will discuss it there.
