But it deserves the 5 starts for the customer support. I had a few questions here and there and they were super helpful. Always replied within 24 hours or less and got all of my questioned answered. Will definitely purchase again!

The first thing I do is read the negs. Having a business of my own I recognize true complaints versus BS issues. As I went through the negs for this it read to me that people just want stuff to magically work for them with no effort. Nothing works like that. Everything you have learned was unknown and foreign to you before you knew it. For what it is? This theme is fine. It is a bit more complex than the average but nothing horrible. One of the things I read in the negs was that if you change a page it breaks it. So the first thing I did was change a page and it works fine if you know what you are doing. Spend some time and read the docs. Theirs are not bad but if you are new to the other things you need to read their docs too! That means visual composer for sure. You're going to need to spend like 3 or 4 hours reading and watching videos before you can just go in and make this thing work like you imagine it to. People, quit being so lazy. If you are having problems and it isn't your host, I can say it isn't the theme.
