AccessPress Parallax One Page Theme

Love the theme and LOVE the support! Thank you guys. I had an theme issue and within a couple of emails, they helped me out and now I have another ecstatic client! Great job!

I use to be a Zerif Lite client for about a year and a half.
When the theme met its unfortunate end, I had to look for similar themes and I found Parallax.
Installed and tried to transfer the entire content of my website, when some issues started appearing.
Been accustomed to simple and detailed instructions, I found Parallax very confusing, in terms of how to customize the front page, where I wanted to remove most of the included sections and keep a simple and clean look of my website.
Went through the documentation… nothing.
Went second and third time… nothing again.
Asked a few questions in the support forum… nothing.
Tried the live support, offered on the theme support page… all I got for about an hour of conversation, was “Read again” and got sent several times the same link, demonstrating how to set the slider…
Thats when I realized that I dont want to be stuck with those people for the next year or more.
Some of the companies in this business really have to look into the definition of CUSTOMER SUPPORT and start thinking from the point of view of the end client.

tried it, cannot do much with free version – other free themes exist that are such much better!!!

Theme is nice and the service is all time available.. Too many functions it has..

After reading the manual and some testing “learning” I find this to be a super theme!!
Had also contact with online support, question directly solved, cool!!

Nice wordpress theme for beginners. Easy to handle, fast homepage building is possible. also good support

use this theme for my business site and loved it, it is dynamic , easy, intuitive and offer support.

There is a learning curve to how it works, but once I grasped the structure I was able to quickly start building an attractive site for my customer. For me, the preview function didn’t show how a page would look; I had to update each time – but the results are worth it. I’m using the free version and may upgrade soon.
