Very nice but a little frustrating to start with

I have been looking for a theme in WordPress for my online Business. I installed this theme then upgraded at the beginning of last year. It was a little frustrating at the beginning as the theme is so complex. It looks great when it is all set up. Major issues I found are:-
1) No easy way of gaining required updates.
2) Customer Service is bad – supposed to be 24 hours and loads of excuses/don’t reply to e-mails etc. Very friendly when they do respond but I literally had to bombard them every 5 minutes until they sent me my updates file.
3) Youtube videos are useless – just music what’s the point of that?

So far this theme is brilliant! Even the free theme has live chat real time customer support, which is really impressive. I’m still sorting it all out, but no problems at all yet. My favorite theme so far!

I definitely recommend this theme!
Being completely new to WP I wanted to create professionally looking website with contemporary, jazzy look. I selected couple options for theme and eventually chose AccessPress Parallax. Couldn’t make better choice!
The theme is easy to manage and supports lot of great features, also documentation is up to date and easy to follow. I tool me much less time than expected to create a website that is fully meeting my expectations and even going beyond them.
As for support, they solved all my questions is mostly reasonable time, also providing solutions that seemed to be kind of tailored for me. This is truly support that I enjoyed.

Even the free version has so many great customizations. I am using this for a non profit organization and I am truly amazed by the tutorials online.

Very complex, very good documentation

It’s a very complex theme with a lot of movie parts. If you’re unfamiliar with the concepts around how themes work but still want to jump off the deep end into a very elaborate but impressive solution, this is a good place to do it. As a total noob I had the theme up and running in an hour so, zero to understanding pretty quickly! It was all down to good step-by-step documentations, it makes all the difference.

Great Theme and support

The ease of use and functionality of this theme is great. I recently had a small issue and it was only found on Internet Explorer 10/11(of course), but the support team was great and got the problem resolved. And the site is working great now. Great theme, great support.
