AccessPress Parallax One Page Theme

This is a great theme which is why I decided to upgrade to the premium theme. I thought that with a paid theme you would be getting some type of support, but all they seem to do is give you excuses as to why they haven’t responded or just completely ignore your emails. I’ve been having problems with the premium theme. Most of them I fixed on my own by adding my own custom css codes. I sent several emails explaining in detail the issues that I could not figure out, but my emails were completely ignored. I went to the forums and and let them know that I had issues that needed to be resolved, and that it’s been weeks since I sent the emails, but no one was getting back to me. I received a response a couple of days later with an excuse as to why they did not respond and requested my wp admin username and password so they could fix the problem for me. It’s been about one month since I sent them my login details and they still have not done anything to fix the issue nor have they responded to any of the emails I’ve sent them. I even tried going on the forums again, but no one has responded to me over there either. A premium customer responded to me on the forum saying they had done the same thing to him. They completely ignored his issues and have not even bothered to respond to him either. I also tried contacting them through their live chat, but that was a complete waste of my time too. All I got was an automated welcome message. When I explained my issue no one responded to me. After some waiting, the live chat disconnected me due to inactivity. The only reason there was inactivity was because Accesspress was not responding. I tried doing live chat a second time and the same thing happened again. I am extremely disappointed. I feel completely ignored, and I’m being treated as if I was a free user. Accesspress, this is no way to treat a premium customer who has actually paid for your product. For this reason I will never purchase anything else from you. I will not be recommending you to friends and family, nor to my website audience. I will let them know to stay far away from you and purchase their themes with a company who actually values their paid customers and gives them support.

Using products for the second time. I strongly recommend any product coming from that company, not only for their quality but also because of the support team time reaction. Good job and Thanks for everything

I have really enjoyed the Parallax Pro theme for my website. It is interactive, looks good, and has some very cool parallax features.

My experience with Access Parallax Pro’s service has been outstanding and I have received excellent customer service. My questions were always answered on time. What’s great is if you are using a multisite layout you can use this theme multiple times with different sites.

From what I saw so far it seems really good. You have to work with Appearance -> Theme Options a lot, but I really like how they integrated the parallax options. It all seems pretty straight forward.
