I have used so many other themes for various jobs, but this theme is by far the most logical, straightforward and simple to use. It is fast and lightweight and is extremely customisable. It’s the most common sense WordPress product I have ever come across and it just works. The developer seems to have captured just what I have been looking for in a theme and I will probably use this theme for a lot of work going forward. The premium version is well worth buying and very reasonably priced.

Lightweight and fast, accessible for new and experienced designers alike. Every so often you find one of those themes that is a perfect fit for your project and Generatepress is just that and more. The add-ons are superb value for money. Happy to support the development of top notch themes like this by buying them. Ten out of ten.

I’ve used lots of different themes and stumbled across GP in a comments thread on a ‘Best WordPress themes’ blog post and thought I’d give it a go. I upgraded to buy all the add ons – a no brainer decision really – makes editing/designing a dream!

I was experiencing a couple of issues, so took a look on the support forums for the theme and found my answers.

Tom Usborne, the lead develop for the theme gives comprehensive, courteous and prompt replies and delivers the best customer service I’ve seen in a very, very long time. If I got really stuck I have no doubt he’d sort out any issues I was experiencing.

I don’t intend on using any other theme now and want to really explore and master what this one can do and will have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

GeneratePress with all of the add-ons is easily the most flexible theme I have ever used, and it’s made my web design work a lot easier. I strongly recommend this theme.

I have experimented with various website builders, used many templates and wasted plenty of time – until I came across this theme. I strongly advise that you purchase the add-ons, definitely worth it! The theme offers so many functions, which is beyond the scope of what I understand, but, with assistance using the forum and support staff from GeneratePress, I am confident in achieving my goals. The developers are great to say the least! Don’t look at this as a purchase, but an investment. It only allows 5 stars, but its definitely at 10!

The daddy of WP themes. Only by investing in a Genius Framework theme can you do better. And the kicker? Excellent support. I’ve been through a few themes. Paid $45 for the last one, which was so abstruse it turned my hair grey.

GeneratePress is one of the easiest themes I’ve used and very flexible. My client gave me a hand-drawn sketch of what she wanted her website to look like and I was able to come quite close to her idea. If I had any suggestions for improvement, I would like to have more control over the stacking order of the site name, tag line and logo in the header. I created a child theme to allow me to hack the order but that’s a minor complaint.

Gonna mix metaphors here, but I’m breathing a sigh of relief because Tom Usborne’s GeneratePress is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a WordPress theme ever since I started working with WP a few years back.
I’m not a coder, though I’ve taken a few courses, yet the logical design of GP lets me do just about anything I want without having to sweat the code.
I agree with some other reviewers who’ve touted the add-ons: they’re really helpful, useful, and function with the same kind of good sense as the theme itself while adding power to do more things you’ve been wanting to do on your WP site.
At this point, I’m thinking this is the last theme I’m ever going to need.
Just wish I could give it MORE stars.
PS: Tom, the developer of the theme, also offers excellent support. Which will matter to you, if you’ve been using WP for a while.
