Hours and hours lost. Unreliable, the user manual is horrible, just a description not really a manual. Minor issues take you hours and even then you can`t rely on what you did because suddenly all changes when refresh. Don’t waste your money, the appearance is nice in the demo but frustrating to manage.

To create your home page you use the appearance panel. Something almost always breaks on updates.

Update deleted all the files

I was working on replacing the layout of my page with Onetone theme for a week. An update of the theme deleted my whole work. There was nothing left in the theme directory. Extremely unreliable. Don’t use it.

Unreliable theme & support, not even on pro version.

I’ve wasted hours on this. It looked such a good theme yet there are silly little problems that causes major issues. You can’t delete a simple section without it throwing the whole site into disarray and lose the lot! I have requested assistance time and time again and getting infuriated now. Barely been acknowledged, and when I was it was a single line of text that didnt offer any resolve. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but this has now ended up costing time and money.

This theme is awesome. Very easy to customize and work with. I love the background video feature (used stop motion star video footage) and the ability to add a dramatic, celestial background image for each unique section. Customized many different elements and only took a couple hours. Really well done.
