    We cannot agree with you with your statement. Theme is highly customizable, and all options can be set from Qode options from the back end, and all page elements are created with popular visual page editor - Visual Composer, so it is not true that you need to be developer. Actually users don't need to know anything about coding or development. Please, if you are having some problems with theme setup, contact our support by submitting a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com and they will gladly assist you with all theme related questions. Also, we have noticed that you have submitted refund request some time ago, and your rating here may be related with your request, so if that is the case, please resubmit it again, and we will be glad to discuss it with you.

    Commercial themes on theme forest often come with additional plugins which brings specific theme functionalities. We understand that themes on Envato market are very different from wordpress.org themes, but that is the point here. Lot of theme options, custom options framework, and shortcodes which are often created trough Visual Composer or some other visual page builder are making Bridge and other themes here spectacular in terms of options and functionalities. This however should not be something on which you will base your rating. We are encouraging you to check theme documentation on the following link http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/ . Also, we couldn't find any history of your tickets on our support forum https://qode.ticksy.com , however you rate our software very low and we think it's fair to try to contact our support first regarding all the theme related questions. We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got.
