After spending considerable time to set up the website and customize it, we discovered that the theme is so riddled with js, bugs and bad code that it slows the website down so bad it can take up to 86 seconds to load a single webpage. And that basically means you can never get good google ranking no matter what you do.
    No matter what we did to resolve the problem, nothing helped. Support had no suggestion what we should do either to resolve it. It's very frustrating and we basically had to remove the whole theme and use something else. We lost quite a bit of money on that.

    Hello there,
    Site speed depends of many factors, and most important one is to use decent hosting provider because server response time is key part for page speed. Beside that, in order to have better results, all website images needs to be optimized, so use some online tool like this one www.jpegmini.com/ or if if you are using some photo editing tool like photoshop then save images over Save for Web option. Finally after you have finished developing your website you can boost page speed with some caching plugin and by following instructions from GTMetrix test https://gtmetrix.com/ . We have to point out that your rating has nothing to do with our theme and this is not related to Qode quality or to our theme in any way. Commercial WordPress themes here on Theme Forest often contain a lot of options, so they may have slightly slower loading time, usually average which is appropriate.     If you are saying that our support couldn't help you with this, then I can presume that slowness of your site is related to content (large images) or that hosting provider which you are using is limiting your package or there is lack of server resources for your hosting plan.

    Hello there,
    Commercial themes on Theme Forest often use their own options framework, and customizer is disabled, and this is the case with our options framework. All theme related options can be found from WordPress admin panel > Qode options, and for commercial multi purpose themes usually there is a lot of options. Working with themes which offers so many options may be troublesome on first encounter, but when you learn some of them I hope that you will realize all theme possibilities.

  • Customizability By Quoia75, 2017-03-20 via themeforest.net I avoid WYSIWYG type editors because I prefer to hand code, however I was in a rush with a recent project and purchased the Bridge theme. It took me a day or two to get use to all of the features and settings (and there are plenty) but once I was acclimated, I found getting set up and customizing the theme to be a breeze. Qode also offers really fast and responsive customer service. Very pleased so far *thumbs up*.
